All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.


Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized the owner to use it.

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using ipay88, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

In addition, we will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.


Vouchers provided to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.


Kindly take note that we will process and send out all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policies

Shipping Policy

We charge for Shipping on actuals. Kindly to inform it takes 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 2 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses & pin-codes where Courier companies do not have service. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

Any other taxes or levies charged by the government or local bodies are to be borne by customer. In case of international shipping, customs and other duties are to be borne by the customer. Typically paid by courier company and charged separately to you at time of delivery. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

International Shipping:

International shipping charges will be informed by our customer service. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped third party via World Asia Logistic / DHL. All transit times are Monday to Friday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.

Cancellation of Order by Bawal Exclusive

Bawal Exclusive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e., wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Bawal Exclusive for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement/ Return and Exchange Policy by Bawal Exclusive

No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects. If customer have completed the order, then found that the customer wants to make a return after purchase due to different colour factor is not allowed.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Exchange goods is not allowed after making a purchase for any circumstances unless the goods are defective or damaged.


Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes:

When ordering from Bawal Exclusive, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Items Damaged in Shipping:

Bawal Exclusive is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and call us immediately at 03-8066 8295 or mail us at We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once courier company has approved and paid the claim to Bawal Exclusive, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).

How to Order

Follow the steps below to complete your order.

Step 1: Login / Register
If you have not created your account, click on the “Sign Up” button. Enter your required information and click on the “Register” button. If you have registered with us, click on the "Login As Member" button to login.

Step 2: Add your desired item to Cart
Choose your desired item, insert the quantity of the item and click on the “Add to cart” button.

Step 3: Checkout Cart
Click on "Continue Shopping" to add more items into your cart. When you are done, click on the “Secure Checkout” to proceed with your purchase.

Step 4: Enter Shipping Address (For New Customer)
For new customers, click on the "Add Address" button to add your shipping address first before proceeding to payment.

Step 5: Confirm Your Delivery Details
Before proceeding to payment, kindly confirm your shipping address. If you wish to change your shipping address, click on the "Change Address" button. After you confirmed your shipping address, choose your shipping option on the left and click on "Continue Checkout" to proceed with your purchase.

Step 6: Choose your payment method
Before you choose your payment method, please verify all items and quantities of your purchase are correctly shown in your shopping cart.

If you have a voucher code, key in the code and click on the "Redeem" button.

Confirm your billing and shipping address once again and then choose your payment method. Leave your comment if you have any. Finally, check the box below and click on the "Confirm Order" button.

Step 7: Successfully proceed with your order
You have now successfully purchased your item. Once we have received your payment, we will deliver your items as soon as possible.
